Last Thursday 21 August, our Year 5/6 girls and boys basketball teams participated in Round 1 of the Statewide Basketball competition. We had a great day competing against schools from across the Southern area, with our students showcasing some fantastic skills, teamwork and sportsmanship! Although neither team has advanced to the next round, we are extremely proud of the way our students developed their confidence and abilities over the course of the day.
A special shout out to Year 9 students Lachie, Kai, Declan, Kane and Tauriian, and parent helper Sara, for assisting with the day and bringing their expertise!
