The Year 6s from Braes Unit have been working hard on our Science Inquiry Expo. We鈥檝e been practising our science inquiry skills like researching, collecting data and using models to explain different science phenomena.
Each of us chose a natural disaster or natural phenomenon to research. Then we designed and built a model to help show and explain how it works. We shared our models with the younger students in the school so they could learn about science in a fun and interactive way.
It was exciting to see how interested the younger students were in our projects, and it also helped us to feel more confident explaining science. We hope everyone enjoyed the expo as much as we enjoyed creating it!
